Shipping policy

As this is a print on demand store, we contract with several manufacturers. Each manufacturer has its own shipping prices, times and carriers. If you order several items, each from a different manufacturer, you will see this represented in the shipping price, as each item will have a separate price. 

Orders will receive a tracking number so you may track the progress of your order. With diverse purchases, you will have multiple tracking numbers.

It is important that you double-check your order for accuracy before finalizing your purchase, including your address. Your order is shipped to the address that you provide.

This store is not responsible shipping delays, for example "acts of God" (weather) that may keep your order from arriving in a timely manner. 

Since so many people have gone to online purchasing, during the holidays, please be prepared for longer manufacture and ship times. 

Some of the items in Cleopatra's Kingdom are sourced from China (mainly bags). The products coming from this region have a "Sourced from China" designation in the listing.
